Cotswold Organic Blue Brie - Reviews

Cotswold Organic Blue Brie

A light soft cheese with blue veins gently running through. It is creamy, mild yet flavoursome and very spreadable. Most of the credit for this cheese must go to Simon Weaver's herd who happily graze the Cotswold meadows of the River Dikler.

Lovely texture and taste when nearly fully mature. i won't buy Cambozola any more! This is my favourite cheese. Perfect!

Certainly makes Brie taste totally different. I can quite easily eat this at any time.

I did like the contrast of the creamyness of Brie with the tang of the blue veins.

Your notes do not do this cheese justice, shame it didn't last longer.

Oinions were divided on this cheese. The girls scored it much higher than the boys who thought it was messing with a classic and were undecided on its success. Felt it lacks a distinct West Country flavour - somewhat effeminate!

I just love this cheese. It is so soft, creamy and spreadable - rather like a Cambozola. It will suit folk who prefer their blue cheese to be gentle.
