A wonderful cheese that we both enjoyed. It seemed to improve as the days went by- although it wasn't around for long!

A brie with a meaty kick to it. Fab at room temperature - very oozy.

Superb; definite crust but soft, smooth, creamy body. Particularly enjoy the very slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

Perhaps it was the rave reviews but it was not quite as good as I hoped. A very nice brie but with a bitter finish, maybe from the rind.

Cool, subtle and moreish. Utterly delicious. Ver very rich and amazingly yellow. Rind is a bit strong. Seemed to get stronger and stronger as it got older and we liked it less.

Magnificent full flavour, ripe but pleasantly so, lovely to look at as it spills gently onto the board.
