Harbourne Blue   

The goats milk gives this cheese a white and crumbly texture and also means it matures more quickly than a cows milk cheese. The characteristic blue tang of a cheese made by Ticklemore complements the distinctive aromatic flavour. Eat this cheese last on the cheese board!
