St Aldhelms - Reviews

St Aldhelms

This is a mild and creamy blue so called after a cliff top Norman chapel where the cheese makers daughter was christened. Somehow she felt the cheese should have the name of a Bishop and St Aldhelms Head was in just the right place!

I'm not sure that it is mild-quite a zing in fact!

A really very nice cheese with just enough 'blue' to give it something special. Although not 'blue' enough for me personally, my wife and friends loved it
