This individual white rinded cheese has been given a name of its own now -'Indian Blanket' and is a brand new Camembert style English cheese made at the Daisy and Co Dairy near Bruton in Somerset. It is made from pasteurised organic milk from their own herd of Jersey cows. Each cheese is individually smoked over oak chippings and the natural yellowy colour deepens. Whilst still beautifully creamy the texture becomes a little drier and the taste is delicately smokey throughout.
