This is a little gem from Whalesborough Farm. At certain times of the year each truckle has a pink rind. The pink is formed from a natural mould which originates from the spores from the hay which is gathered in the neighbouring barn - a truly farm produced cheese! Cut into the cheese to reveal a firm golden interior with a long and lingering flavour.
