Sharpham Goat

This is a modern hard-pressed, dry salted goats cheese made near Totnes in Devon. It is made in a colander and thus has a distinctive ridge shape with a creamy mildly acidic flavour. This cheese was made by Ticklemore but production has now moved down the road to Sharpham.
