This semi-hard goats cheese is made by hand to a Dutch recipe in the heart of Devon. It has a burnt orange rind and a firm, buttery texture. It tastes creamy, smooth and the goatiness is gentle and very pleasant.It was a well-deserved medal winner at the 2004 British cheese awards.
