This is a pasteurised hand made medium fat spreading cheese that comes plain or with chives or garlic, each packed in a 100g tub. Each has a delicious smooth, creamy texture with a buttery taste. This is an extremely versatile cheese that may be used as a topping on savoury dishes, popped under the grill to brown, or very tasty just as it is.
