Keens Mature Cheddar

This cheese is traditionally made with unpasteurised milk and animal rennet. It now has a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) which means that the cheese is made with local milk and has been made on the farm by hand. The maturing process takes twelve to fourteen months after which the cheese has a smooth but strong ‘earthy’ flavour.
