Westcombe Cheddar

This is one of the three truly artisan made Cheddars from Somerset. Only unpasteurised milk and animal rennet are used in order to maximise the flavour. This cheese is hard, slightly crumbly with a good mellow flavour, slightly fruity. The depth of flavour lingers without a ‘bite’ at the back of the the throat.
