This is a soft fresh cheese with a short shelf life so each cheese sourced for each order. Taste is sharp and fresh, with a blamange like texture. They do not have a strong flavour of their own and the flavours come from the coatings.Use it in place of a feta in salads for a low salt alternative.

Garlic and Chili - a spicy sweet taste (British Cheese Award winner)
Cayenne Pepper - very hot.
Cheese Black Pepper - with a kick.
Garlic and Black Pepper - with garlic, sea salt and black pepper.
