Beenleigh Blue [ Ewe Blue Veg Pas ]
Ticklemore, Devon

This stunning blue cheese made from ewes milk was an early favourite and has remained so. It is rich, sweet and slightly crumbly whilst being moist like a paste. The flavours are rich and creamy with a medium to strong blue tang.

Goldilocks [ Cow Mould Ripened Veg Org Pas ]

This individual white rinded cheese is a brand new Camembert style English cheese made at the Daisy and Co Dairy near Bruton in Somerset. It is made from pasteurised organic Jersey cows milk which results in a yellowy appearance and a creamy texture.

Montgomery Mature Cheddar [ Cow Hard Unpas ]
J.A. and E. Montgomery Ltd, Somerset

This hard cows cheese is made with full fat, unpasteurised milk with traditional animal rennet. At ten months old this cheddar is relatively moist with a slightly rough, granular texture. When young the taste is deep but soft. As it ages it becomes drier and grainier and develops a ‘bite.’

Westcombe Red [ Cow Semi-hard Unpas ]
Westcombe Dairy, Somerset

This semi-hard cheese is made using unpasteurised milk and is similar in colour and texture to a good Red Leicester. Whilst the cheese is in the maturation process it is wrapped in muslin and matured for 4-5 months. Westcombe has a depth of flavour that has gone from many Red Leicesters.
