Two farming families who were looking to do something a bit different with their milk started the company in 1996.They make their innovative range of cows and goats milk cheeses at two farms, one in Cornwall and the other in Somerset.The Cornish creamery is situated in the beautiful village of Trevarrian on the North coast between Padstow and Newquay. This is where they make their soft cheeses and are certified to organic standards. Here they can combine traditional cheese-making techniques with modern mould filling equipment which means they can achieve precise size requirements. Their hard cheese facility is housed in the farm buildings at North Bradon Farm near Taunton on the Somerset levels, set amidst rich and lustrous pastures.
